Products can be returned to our store within 30 days of your purchase, or 30 days from when your online order is received. All items returned should be in the same condition as when you received them, with all original packaging and accessories, including cables, adapters, and assembly hardware.
Products returned missing parts or not in their original condition may incur a restocking fee. Please ensure that you have all pieces with you before you request a return. You can contact us by phone or email beforehand if you are unsure.
There are certain cases when products purchased from us may not be returned:
We will issue you a refund to the same method of payment that you used at the time of purchase. Upon request, or when you wish to make an exchange for another product, we may issue you a store credit.

For items you return to us not for warranty service, you are responsible for all shipping costs. Items returned to us for warranty service may incur additional return shipping costs. Items returned to a manufacturer will be subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
If you have any problems whatsoever with any of the products you purchase from us, please contact us and we will assist you. In most cases we will be able to offer you a solution or product exchange. Unless otherwise indicated, most products we sell come with a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or hardware failure during the normal life of a product under normal usage. Warranty does not cover products that are damaged by incorrect usage, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
