All online and telephone orders are processed within 24 hours. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be picked, packed, and labelled, ready for pickup by one of our preferred carriers.
We use Canada Post, USPS, Purolator, or UPS for shipments to customers in Canada and the USA. For international customers, we may use a combination of carriers to offer you the best shipping rates. We have regular carrier pickups from our warehouse from Monday to Friday.
TRACKING NUMBER AND INSURANCE
All orders shipped out are traceable and will automatically include insurance to cover the value of the shipment in case of lost or damage.
